How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. You receive a tracking email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Do smart guitars need an app to work?
The instruments play acoustically or through their onboard electronics without a phone. The companion app adds learning modes and settings. [Confirm the exact app name and supported iOS/Android versions per model.]
Are the instruments new?
Yes. Everything we list ships new in the manufacturer's original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or pre-owned stock.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Can I return an instrument I've played?
Returns are accepted within 30 days when the item is unused and in original condition and packaging, with all parts and manuals. Full details are on our Refund & Returns page.
